Playbook Support
Help for the Playbook iOS and Android apps and the Playbook web console. Playbook is an invite-only app that event and venue teams use to share plans, emergency procedures, maps and contacts.
Playbook is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911 and follow the instructions of event staff and first responders.

2Getting access
Playbook is invite-only. You don't sign up: an organization adds you to one of its events, and you sign in with the mobile number it added. If you expected an invitation and didn't get one, ask the organization running the event to check your number.
3Sign-in codes
On the "Verify your mobile number" screen, Playbook texts a 6-digit code to the number you enter. If it doesn't arrive:
- Check that the number is right.
- Wait a minute, then tap Resend code.
- If you replied STOP to a Playbook text earlier, text START to the same number, then request a new code.

4Supported phones
iPhone with iOS 17 or later, and Android phones with Android 10 or later.
5Working offline
Event plans, contacts and images saved on your phone stay readable with no signal. Changes you make while offline send automatically when your phone reconnects.
6Deleting your account
To delete your Playbook account and data, follow the steps on Delete your Playbook account.
